The Transportation Curriculum Coordination Council (TC3) is one of AASHTO's technical service programs for online training.
NJDOT employees have access to free AASHTO TC3 training. Use your NJDOT email address to create an AASHTO account at store.transportation.org. You may then enroll in courses under the "Technical Training" banner.
