Discovery Service for the NJ State Library

Use the Discovery Service to find a specific article:

• Enter the title of an article [note: article title needs to be specific. If the title is too general it will find articles on the subject]
• Find link to full text, or access to Interlibrary Loan.

Use the Discovery Service to research a topic in almost all of the NJ State Library's online content at once, including:

• Library catalog
• Many databases
• Online journals and magazines
• Government documents
• Institutional repositories
• Open Access material

Publication Finder

Access full-text articles from thousands of periodicals, including scholarly (peer-reviewed) journals.

Search the library's e-journal holdings by journal title, subject, or ISSN/ISBN to browse issues and locate full-text articles.

Locating Journals in Print

The New Jersey State Library subscribes to many key medical journals. Use the library catalog to search for specific journal titles.

ILLiad is a service for NJ state employees, and Thomas Edison State University staff, students and mentors, to make requests for articles, books or other types of publications. If held in our print or electronic collections, we will email or send the items to you.  If we do not have the items in our collection, we will place interlibrary loan requests with other libraries in the United States for work-related books and articles.
